WESTPORT, Conn. A 61-year-old Milford man was charged with driving under the influence Wednesday morning following a minor accident in the parking lot of the Black Duck Café in Westport, police said.
Elliot Levine backed his car into another vehicle, police said. When police arrived, an officer smelled alcohol on Levines breath and he failed field sobriety tests, police said. The results of his breath test were .141 and .136, police said.
Levine was released after posting a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 2.

? Several designer handbags were stolen from Mitchells of Westport Sunday night after one of the stores front windows had been smashed out, police said. The total value of lost merchandise has not yet been calculated. Police are processing video surveillance images captured during the break-in.
? A wallet containing cash and credit cards was stolen from a car parked outside 1790 Post Road E. Tuesday afternoon, police said. The car was unlocked.
