WESTPORT, Conn. An Easton man was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child Saturday after he allegedly ordered his wife and child out of the car while driving through Westport, police said.
Barry Seroff, 33, and his wife reportedly got into a domestic dispute as they were driving through town, police said. Seroff then pulled over and told his wife and their minor child to get out of the car, which they did, the police report states.
Once out of the car, the wife called police. It was later discovered Seroff had a protective order against him, filed by his wife, police said. Seroff was picked up at their Easton home and additionally charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
Seroff was released after posting a $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
