WESTPORT, Conn. John Hines, a resident of 45 Jesup Road in Westport, was charged with breach of peace Wednesday morning after he got into a verbal dispute with someone in the Walgreens parking lot on Post Road East, police said.
Hines, 58, was yelling, cursing and making threatening remarks to the other person. It is not known what the altercation was about, police said. He was given a misdemeanor summons to appear in court July 1.

Fairfield resident Johanna Marquess turned herself in to Westport police Tuesday night on three arrest warrants. Police said the first warrant was issued by Westport police for various motor vehicle charges on which Marquess failed to appear in court. The second warrant was issued by Fairfield police for motor vehicle charges in which she also didn't failed to appear in court. The third warrant, also out of Fairfield, was for failure to appear on motor vehicle and criminal charges. Marquess, 40, is due in Norwalk court July 6 for the Westport charges and July 7 in Bridgeport court for both Fairfield cases.
