A New York City man imprisoned in Malone, N.Y., was arrested by Greenwich and Westport police Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear in two 2009 fraud cases.
Andrew Pollack, 41, of 211 E. 70th St., had originally been arrested on charges of illegal use of a credit card and forgery. He allegedly used a fraudulent credit card at Mitchells and Richards. He was accused of making three purchases totaling $15,000 from Richards of Greenwich, alone. Pollack is being held on a $25,000 bond and is due in court on April 18.
