GREENWICH, Conn. -- The right lane has reopened on southbound I-95 between Post Road (Route 1) and Arch Street in Greenwich following an accident on Tuesday morning.
The accident, near the Westchester border, was reported at 7:45 a.m.
Emergency vehicles have responded to the scene of the accident.
