Westport Loses Out On $564 Million Lottery

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Dreams of life on easy street passed Fairfield County residents by yet again after the $564.1 million Powerball Jackpot was won by three ticket-buyers in North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Texas on Wednesday night.

Three Powerball tickets hit the jackpot on Wednesday night, but none of them were from Fairfield County.

The winning numbers were: 11-13-25-39-54, and the Powerball was 19.

There was one winning ticket sold in New York: a Match 5 that will net the lucky holder $1 million.

With more than a half-billion dollars off the table, the next Powerball drawing will be held Saturday with an estimated jackpot of $40 million.
