Fairfield County Motorists Advised To Reduce Speed Amid Areas Of Fog

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Motorists should be on the lookout for rapidly changing visibility Tuesday morning as areas of fog have developed across the Fairfield County region, according to the National Weather Service.

There are patches with visibility down to one-quarter of a mile, the weather service said, adding that drivers should use low-beam headlights and reduce speed.

The fog should dissipate by late morning.
