The death of Osama bin Laden won't change the reality of the state of the world today, said Lucy Crossman, secretary of Easton's Volunteer Fire Company.
Crossman said she is glad bin Laden was found but said people are "fooling themselves" if they think this ends or changes anything with the dangers of terrorism.
"We're still dealing with extremists, and we will be for a very long time," said Crossman. "If anything, they lost their figurehead. There are so many different factions."
