Driver Gets Into Double Trouble

Westport resident Tore Nag, 56, might want to consider leaving the car in the garage for a while. Nag, of 19 West Branch Road, was arrested Tuesday following a minor car accident. While investigating the accident, police determined Nag was at fault because he passed on the right. They then noticed Nag was unsteady on his feet and that his breath smelled of alcohol. The motorist failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody and charged with operating under the influence and passing on the right. Two weeks ago, Nag was charged with risk of injury for reportedly driving around Comp Beach with his 10-year-old on his lap steering.
