NORWALK, Conn. — A disabled truck is blocking the center lane of I-95 south in Norwalk on Monday afternoon, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.

The broken-down vehicle is between Exit 16 for East Avenue and Exit 15 for Route 7, DOT said.

Traffic was backed up to Exit 17 for Route 33/136, DOT said.

Motorists should expect congestion and stop-and-go traffic.
