David Skog of Fairfield is in a pack of trouble. When Skog, 28, was pulled over in Fairfield last week, officers learned there were two warrants out for his arrest in Westport. He is suspected of stealing two cartons of cigarettes from CVS back in June and in July. He is charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 27.

? Shelton resident Robert O'Brien, 30, was turned over to Westport Police last week on two active arrest warrants. O'Brien is suspected of stealing and using credit cards taken from the Westport Weston Family Y back in May. O'Brien was arrested after being identified by store surveillance where the stolen cards were used. He is charged with two counts of third-degree identity theft for impersonation, trafficking in personal identification information, two counts of credit card theft, and illegal use of a credit card. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 30.
? Things got ugly during a domestic dispute Sunday between John Raho, 48, and wife, Anna Chisilenco-Raho, 36. After receiving a 911 hang-up call, officers went to the Raho's home at 45 West Parish Road. Speaking with the couple, police learned they had been in an argument that later turned physical. Both are charged with disorderly conduct.
