FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – An accident involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 North in Norwalk slowed Friday morning traffic for Fairfield County commuters.
The accident occurred at 7:57 a.m. near Exit 14. The accident blocked the right lane.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation also reported congestion on the Merritt Parkway in Fairfield, Westport and Stamford.
