WESTPORT, Conn. – Save your appetite, Westport. Restaurant Week continues Monday through Friday. Also on this week’s agenda, the Board of Finance is expected to vote on the proposed town and Board of Education budgets, and two musicals open at Bedford and Coleytown Middle Schools. Here’s a glimpse at some other events planned:

Monday, March 26

? Stop by any one of 15 restaurants participating in the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce Restaurant Week. Diners will enjoy special prix fixe lunch and dinner menu all week. Also, each restaurant will be collecting nonperishable food items for the food pantry at the Gillespie Center, Westport’s emergency homeless shelter. ? Two B’s Accessories will host a trunk show in Westport for its new spring and summer collection. Show hours are Monday through Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. with special evening hours Tuesday until 9 p.m. A percentage of trunk show sales will be donated to charity. Tuesday, March 27

? 8:30 a.m.: The Downtown 2020 Committee is holding a public meeting in Room 201 at Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave. Click here to view the agenda .

? 7:30 p.m.: The Zoning Board of Appeals is meeting in Room 201/201A at Town Hall. Agenda is available here .

? 7:30 p.m.: The Board of Finance is holding a special budget meeting in the Town Hall auditorium to review the first selectman’s proposed 2012-13 municipal budget. The board will vote on the budget either tonight or Wednesday night.

Wednesday, March 28

? 7:30 p.m.: If needed, the Board of Finance will hold a special budget meeting in the Town Hall auditorium to discuss and vote on the proposed town budget.

? 8 p.m.: The Representative Town Meeting’s Long Range Planning Committee will meet in Room 102 in Town Hall. Click here to view the agenda .

Thursday, March 29

? 7 p.m.: Westport residents Dalma Heyn, a writer, and her husband, publishing executive Richard Marek, will be discussing their new book, “A Godsend: A Love Story for Grownups,” at Barnes & Noble, 1076 Post Road E.

? 7 p.m.: The classic Broadway musical comedy “Guys and Dolls” opens at Coleytown Middle School, 255 North Ave. Tickets are $12 and will be on sale at the school Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., or at the door 30 minutes before showtime.

? 7:30 p.m.: The Board of Finance is holding a special budget meeting in which the proposed 2012-13 Board of Education budget will be viewed and voted on. The meeting will be held in the Town Hall auditorium.

Friday, March 30

? 7:30 a.m.: John Santa of Santa Energy will host a talk called, “Our Criminal Justice System: Where is it? How did we get here? What can we do to move on from here?,” at the Westport Sunrise Rotary Club breakfast meeting at Bobby Q’s, 42 Main St.  Guests are welcome. There is a $12 fee, which includes a breakfast buffet.

? 6-8 p.m.: The Westport Arts Center’s 8th annual SOLOS Exhibition opens with a special reception at 51 Riverside Ave. The exhibit features area artists June Ahrens of New Canaan; Charles Geiger of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; Ellen Hackl Fagan of New York; Arcady Kotle of Long Island City, N.Y.; Don Leeds of Weston; Timothy Pyle of Fairfield; and Westporters Kraemer Sims Becker and Caroyln Rie.

? 7:30 p.m.: The Bedford Middle School production of “Alice in Wonderland” opens at the school, 80 North Ave. Tickets are $10.
