Westport’s Impressionist ArtTrek Celebrates River Gallery

WESTPORT, Conn. -- The First Annual Impressionist Live ArtTrek will kick off at noon at the corner of Main Street and Post Road in Westport on Saturday, April 26.

Participants will walk up and down Main Street, and provide the region’s first real traveling ArtTrek.

“This reflects the feeling by many artists worldwide that their art should be enjoyed everywhere…not just on a wall," Ken Warren, gallery owner and curator of Westport River Gallery said in a statement. "Many of the originals work of art are from France, and includes two physician-artists."

The First Annual Impressionist Live ArtTrek is part of an all-year celebration of Westport River Gallery's 10th anniversary.
