WESTPORT, Conn. - Lee Greenberg has received this year's award for excellence from the Westport Rotary Club.

Greenberg, 94, moved to Westport in 1941 when she married Nathan Harold Greenberg, Rotarian Ann Sheffer said in presenting the award at the Rotary's annual Golf and Tennis Classic benefit at Longshore Club Park earler this month.

"The Greenbergs were committed to the evolving community of Westport and the world in general, and brought the world into their Westport home," Sheffer said, according to a release sent by the Rotary Club.

Among the 100 people who attended the presentation, were three of Greenberg's four children - Linda Libow, of New York, Debbie Filkin, of Block Island, and Michael Greenberg, of Westport, the Rotary said.
