On behalf of our honored guests, authors Ann Leary and Lee Woodruff, and the sold-out audience that attended the recent Wine, Women & Wisdom program, Connections Public Relations & Special Events wish to thank the many local businesses and individuals who contributed to its great success.
Not only did the event provide an inspiring, witty and thoughtful experience for those present, it also benefited two magnificent programs: the Staples High School Tuition Grants Program and The Tiny Miracles Foundation.
Wine, Women & Wisdom is a unique seminar series that began in 2004. It is dedicated to informing and celebrating women by bringing them together to hear knowledgeable, powerful speakers and engage in discussion with them.
We are grateful to student members of the Staples High School Key Club — Nicole De Blasi, Molly O'Shea, and Meredith Hood — who helped throughout the evening.
Huge thanks to Arezzo Ristorante for hosting the evening and lead sponsor, Honda of Westport. We gratefully acknowledge sponsors Leifer Properties, Resnick Investment Advisors, Wells Fargo Banking Group, Connie Cooper Designs, eyeglasses.com, Koko FitClub, M&D Properties and Millie Grenough.
Our gratitude to the donors of door prizes: Dr. Jeffrey Rosenthal, iFloat, Let’s Get Organized by Stacy, Michelle Weir, Joie of Westport, Pia Lauren Spa Di Bellezza, She3Well-Fitness Boutique, Work Out Wardrobe, Zatcoff Wellness, Greg & Tony Salon.
A special thank you goes to Jessica Bram, founder of the Westport Writers’ Workshop, who did a superb job moderating the program, and to Barrett Bookstore of Darien who supplied the books that flew off the table. Thanks also to Alphagraphics of Norwalk, a generous supporter of the program.
