People move to Weston because of the school system, said Peter Sullivan of Camelot Real Estate.
That's why on Wednesday, May 18, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. the Town of Weston and the Weston Board of Education will host local Realtors at the Weston Intermediate School.
The real estate agents at Camelot Realty are all residents of Weston and know the school system well. Camelot is the only real estate office in Weston, and as a result, many people who buy homes in Weston do so through firms located in nearby towns. This event will help inform those agents about Weston and its schools. The speakers list includes First Selectwoman Gayle Weinstein, Board of Education Chair Phil Schaefer and Assistant Superintendent of Schools Thomas Scarice.
Town officials will be available for a question-and-answer session at the conclusion of the event. The final 20 to 30 minutes will be reserved for tours of Weston Intermediate School and Weston High School. Light refreshments will be served.
