Three Easton Boys Earn Eagle Scout Rank

EASTON, Conn. -- Easton residents Kyle Hardisty, Donald Kochersperger and Brendan Magner were recently honored for earning their Eagle Scout Awards in a ceremony at Notre Dame Church attended by First Selectman Adam Dunsby, state Rep. John Shaban and others, according to the Easton Courier.

The Troop 66 members each began as Tiger Cub Scouts in first grade and rose through the ranks together. They each completed projects in the town of Easton that earned them the rank of Eagle Scout.

Kochersperger's involved the beautification of a portion of the Aspetuck Land Trust damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Hardisty and Magner each installed new kiosks on the Trout Brook Valley conservation area at the Aspetuck Land Trust, according to the article.
