The Domino 8 Maxi and the Eco 80 measure 31”w x 24”d x 34”h. The Domino 8 Maxi has an oven size 21”w x 19”d x 10”h and is a standard size cook stove. The Eco 80 oven is the same as the Eco 90. All models include a heavy-duty radiant cast-iron hotplate for maximum heat conduction, a firebox and flue lined with refractory tiles for maximum heat output, integrated tertiary air for optimal combustion, and an air-wash system that keeps the oven’s window glass clean. All stoves include the ECOPLUS® system which improves combustion by way of a pre-heated secondary airflow that passes over the flame and burns off any remaining gas, thereby reducing carbon monoxide levels to the minimum. Other special benefits are: cleaner smoke and lower levels of air pollution with 70-75+% efficiency contributing to reduced wood consumption. These fine wood-fired cooking stove ranges can be placed in a kitchen or living area to provide warmth and nourishment to any surrounding it graces.
