Owner Of Westport's Frost Fitness Hosts Mobility Workshop
NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A three-hour workshop to improve movement ability, flexibility, range of motion and performance while decreasing tightness, locked joints, muscle pain and tissue issues will be held at Halo Studios on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 9 a.m. to noon.
