Easton Home Sells for $455,000

EASTON, Conn. – There were two homes sold in Easton between Feb. 10-17. Here is the most recent property transfer list according to the town clerk’s office:

The Ruth L. Powell Trust sold a property at 28 Gate Ridge Road for $455,000 to Linda Pesce Laske Feb. 14.

Susan Panisch sold a property at 140 Morehouse Road for $390,000 to Ruth Anne Taylor Feb. 15.
