WESTPORT, Conn. Why buy a wreath from a store when you can make your own? Westport's Wakeman Town Farm is hosting a wreath-making workshop this Sunday led by floral designer Loretta Stagen .
Stagen will supply 24-inch, double-sided balsam wreaths, ribbons, faux pomegranates, apples, cinnamon sticks, acorns and a variety of pine cones.
The workshop, open to the first 10 people to sign up, is $85. Mulled cider and holiday treats will also be served inside the Wakeman Town Farm homestead. All proceeds from the workshop will benefit the farms' educational programs.
