Well, wonder no more.

The Sasquanaug Association will lead families back in time during its Treasures of Southport event to be held throughout the village on Sept. 10.

Activities start at 1 p.m. at Pequot Library with a treasure map that will lead participants to four key Sasquanaug landmarks — Perry Green, the Robinson Cottage, Sea Lodge and Southport Park.

Each site will have activities to enjoy, including a barbershop quartet, trail tours, a beekeeping display and a hands-on touch tank from Norwalk’s Maritime Aquarium.

Back at the library, families can tour an interactive exhibit that highlights the history and lore of Southport as seen through the association, which was founded in 1887.

A 3 p.m. reception will feature hot dogs and ice cream and a My Southport art contest.
