WESTPORT, Conn. -- Shalva Clinic will hold its third seasonal "Fresh Start" open house on Friday, May 20, for residents to receive free 15-minute consultations, along with talks and informational sessions.
Held from 4 to 8 p.m., visitors will have a chance to meet the clinic’s naturopathic doctors for a free 15- minute cardiometabolic consults, along with demonstrations by an integrative nutrition health coach, master herbalist, and massage therapist.

“Spring is a wonderful time to recommit to your health,” said Dr. Ellen Lewis, ND, founder of Shalva Clinic. “The days are getting longer so there’s more time to be active, and there are more fresh foods available, both important boosts to cardiovascular health. Attendees will also receive free massages and can take part in herbal medicine demonstrations.
