WESTPORT, CT. -- "Meals of Imagined Bounty" is how New York Times theater critic Anita Gates describes Westport Country Playhouse's "The Dining Room".
The A.R. Gurney play is the first in Westport Playhouse's season . Gates writes actress Keira Naughton is "sweetly believable", actor Chris Henry Coffey "does paternal well", Heidi Armbruster is "touching as a maid", and director Mark Lamos "has directed this production with quiet style and graceful transitions".
