New Canaan resident Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant on the ABC drama, was recently interviewed by fellow New Canaan resident Virginia Mahoney, co-founder of B.Kind, an organization she founded with her sister, JoJo, after their father passed away from pancreatic cancer.
Norwalk's HooplaHa-Only Good News, LLC, the first multi-platform digital media company dedicated to positive news stories, launched the B kind series Tuesday, Sept. 27, soon after the first presidential debate.
During the first episode Mahoney, a Boston College student, sits down with Goldwyn, to discuss what he would do if he was truly president. Spreading kindness would be on the agenda, because, as he explained, “We have the ability to engage in micro-transactions of kindness every day to make a difference."
The series is produced in partnership with Roker Media on Al Roker's new Live Streaming Network (LSN), which means it will offer a live component that can connect viewers in real-time through interactive platforms like Facebook Live.
