WESTPORT, Conn. -- JoyRide Cycling and Fitness Studio is hosting their own Olympic Games competition for 10 days at all four studios in Westport, Darien, Wilton and Ridgefield.
The competition began on Friday, Aug. 5 and extends to Monday, Aug. 15 and features a studio-wide mini-competition in honor of the games in Brazil. Riders pick a home studio - only rides and classes taken in that studio will count toward their total point value, with exception of Ridgefield riders taking Studio 2 classes in Wilton.
There will be a point system and the goal is to reach “gold” status, which is 150 points total. Riders are responsible for keeping track of their own points and submitting a final number on a Google form, sent out via email on Sunday, Aug. 14. Awards will include free classes, JoyBucks, gear and more.
