WESTPORT, Conn. — Westport police are calling him Dudley, but do you know him by another name? This 1-year-old American pit bull terrier was found Sunday at the rear parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy at 397 Post Road E., police said.

The dog is described as a 60-pound, intact male American pit bull terrier who is about a year old, police said.

"He has scars on his neck and face and beautiful light-colored eyes," police said.

Police are trying to locate his owner, but the dog may be available for adoption in two weeks if no one has come forward to claim him, police said.
