Stratford's Fright Haven Conjures Up Thrills For Valentine's Day

STRATFORD, Conn. -- A 20,000-square-foot haunted house attraction promises to turn your Valentine's Day date into a fright night next month in Stratford.

Fright Haven fans enjoyed the Frightmare Before Christmas so much, the site is planning a Valentine's Day Massacre for February.

"Love is patient. Love is kind. Love will drive you out of your mind" is the motto of Fright Haven's Valentine's Day Massacre taking stage at Stratford Square Plaza for two chilling nights Friday, Feb. 10 and Saturday, Feb. 11.

The indoor haunted house allows visitors to take a peek into the ultimate date night gone wrong, and learn where lovesick souls go when the heartbreak drives them mad.

Features include a Tunnel of Love that runs red with blood, a romantic candlelit dinner go up in flames and Teddy bears that are anything but cute and cuddly.

Fright Haven hours are from 7 to 10 p.m. at 411 Barnum Ave. Cutoff, Stratford Square Plaza, Stratford.
