NORWALK, Conn. — It's Monday morning and the solar eclipse is hours away. But did you forget to buy solar viewing glasses?

Ordering from Amazon isn't an option at this point, and everyone seems to be sold out — but the Norwalk Library is here to help.

All you'll need is a shoebox, scissors, tape, aluminum foil and paper.

"Thanks to quick thinking from staff, who are always eager to serve, a craft was found on the NASA site for you to make a pinhole camera to view the eclipse," the library said.

Click here for the instructions from NASA.

And remember — don't look directly at the eclipse.

Don't forget to join the eclipse viewing party on the front lawn at the Norwalk Main Library or the SoNo Branch Library on Monday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Light refreshments will be provided courtesy of the library.
