Dr. Susan Sidransky Krutt, an audiologist since 1984, will lead “Your Hearing & the Effects of Outside Influences” beginning at 6 p.m.
The free lecture will cover a basic understanding of how we hear, the effects of medical treatments and pharmaceuticals on hearing and treatment options.
Sidransky holds a master’s in audiology from Gallaudet University and a doctorate from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
She is director of audiology at Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat Medical and Surgical Specialists PC specializing in rehabilitative audiology, including state-of-the-art hearing aids and hearing loss management.
