WESTPORT, Conn. – You don’t need a new year to Catch a Healthy Habit. Thanks to the Westport Farmers Market, you can resolve to get healthy right in the middle of the summer. Thursday, Aug. 2, the Westport Farmers Market will host special chefs Lisa Storch and Glen Colello from Catch a Healthy Habit Café in Fairfield for a guilt-free delicious demo.
The duo will show off their own habitually healthy recipes at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., showcasing locally sourced ingredients from Sport Hill Farm and Fort Hill Farm in a summery zucchini salad, which reportedly riffs off of a traditional potato salad.
Yes, samples will be available.
Find the Westport Farmers Market Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Imperial Avenue commuter lot (adjacent to the Westport Women’s Club) in Westport.
