Throughout the two day event, participants get family members and friends to sponsor each hour they work out. Participants can exercise on a variety of machines, such as ellipticals, stationary bicycles and treadmills, or sign up for group fitness classes, including yoga, spinning, zumba, TRX and more. Food and music will be provided.
