Movie Under the Stars: 7 p.m. Snuggle up with the kids under the stars in the Earthplace sanctuary and watch the computer animated comedy "The Bee Movie. Movie-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket. In the event of rain, the movie will be shown in the Earthplace auditorium. Harbor at the Westport Country Playhouse: 8 p.m. See the world premiere comedy Harbor, a story about a dysfunctional but loving family. It was written by Tony Award-nominated writer Chad Beguelin and directed by Mark Lamos. The cast includes Tony Award nominee Bobby Steggert (Broadways Ragtime), Emmy Award nominee Paul Anthony Stewart (Guiding Light), Kate Nowlin and Alexis Molnar. Tickets are $25 to $65. Canning Workshop: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Learn how to can and preserve your own fruits and vegetables at Wakeman Town Farm. Earthplace Open House: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rediscover Earthplace during an open house event. Visitors can get their hands dirty while participating in a pond study, meet some of the center's animals up, make nature crafts, enjoy smores over a campfire and dance to music by The Mudpuppies throughout the day. Visitors can also learn about Long Island Sound, examine marine animals and explore the 62-acre wildlife sanctuary. Face painting and games will also be available. Free. Earthplace, 10 Woodside Lane.

Bike Safety Workshop: 10 to 11 a.m. The Westport Weston Family Y is hosting a bike safety workshop for kids between ages 6 and 15. The workshop will cover the rules of the road and other safety tips. Nutmeg Tour for Autism: 11 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. The annual classic car parade is back. The tour, which benefits the Drive to Treat Autism Fund and St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Services, begins at St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Services in Westport and ends with the Toast the Tour Reception and Lawn Party to be held at Veterans' Memorial Green on Myrtle Ave. The lawn party and reception begins at 4 p.m. For more information, visit the official Nutmeg Tour website .
Republican Candidate Open House: 5 to 6:30 p.m. Voters can get to know the Republican candidates running for state and federal offices during the Republican campaign headquarters open house event. Inspiration About The Power of Education: 7:30 p.m. Shimon Waronker, the principal whose leadership transformed one of the most violent schools in New York City, is speaking at the Inspiration About The Power of Education program, presented by Chabad of Westport. Waronker was recently featured on the front page of The New York Times, and has been featured on The Today Show and CNN. He is also the founder of The New American Academy, an educational model built around collaboration, empowerment, transparency and reflection.
