Friday, Sept. 7

St. Dimitrie Festival: 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. The 33rd annual St. Dimitrie festival features ethnic food, line dancing, children’s activities and church tours. Free admission and parking. 500 Sport Hill Road, Easton.

Saturday, Sept. 8

Weston Farmers Market: 9 a.m. to noon. Enjoy local produce, baked goods, family entertainment and more at Weston’s favorite farmers market. Weston Historical Society, Route 57 at High Acre Road, Weston.

New adults programs at Kiwanis in Weston: 8:30 a.m. Learn about the Weston Parks and Recreation programs offered this fall, from interior design to Zumba. Breakfast will be served and the full range of programs will be introduced by Aquatic Director Lynn Stevens.

Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. The 35th annual oyster festival features nationally known bands, rides, cooking competitions and arts and crafts. Veteran’s Park, Seaview Avenue, Norwalk, Conn.

St. Dimitrie Festival: 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. The 33rd annual St. Dimitrie festival features ethnic food, line dancing, children’s activities and church tours. Free admission and parking. 500 Sport Hill Road, Easton.

Sports Equipment Sale: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The Easton Learning Foundation’s annual sports equipment sale offers great deals on a variety of items, from bikes to skis and golf clubs. Proceeds support Easton school programs and all unsold items will be donated to local charities. 366 Sport Hill Road, Easton, CT.

Taste of Easton: 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Delicious food from local farms, live music by homegrown bands and children’s craft activities combine to make Taste of Easton a fun-filled event the entire family can enjoy. Toth Park, 373 Black Rock Turnpike, Easton.

Sunday, Sept. 9

Bike Pedi Event: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. Biking and other activities take place at this motor vehicles-free event sponsored by the Weston Bicycle Pedestrian Committee. School Road, Weston.
