Westport Road Runners Summers Series: 8 a.m. This weeks race is 9.3 miles. Compo Beach, Westport.
Hands for Life: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Learn CPR and how to save a life in three simple step at this event sponsored by Hands for Life Stamford 2012, the city of Stamford and Stamford Hospital. The goal is to train 10,000 people in a single day and break a world record. Chelsea Piers, One Blachley Road, Stamford.
2012 Norwalk Greek Festival: Noon 11 p.m. Enjoy traditional Greek food, music, dancing and cultural entertainment. St George Greek Orthodox Church, 238 W. Rocks Road, Norwalk.
