Friday, Dec. 14

Dodge-A-Cop Tournament: 6 to 8 p.m. Westport students and police officers are teaming up for the second-annual Dodge-A-Cop Dodgeball Tournament. Event will raise money for Toys for Tots. Students can register at Staples High School during lunch shifts or contact $20 to register a team of five or $5 to register as an individual. Staples Field House, 70 North Ave.

Candlelight Concerts: 8 p.m. Enjoy a variety of holiday music performed by the Staples Chorus, Choir and Chorale; the Symphonic Orchestra and Symphonic Band. Other performances are set for 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday. Free, but tickets are required. Tickets, if available, can be picked up at the welcome desk in the front lobby of Staples from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on school days. Staples High School, 70 North Ave.

Saturday, Dec. 15

Westport Police Holiday Toy Drive: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Westport Police Department will collect new, unwrapped and unopened toys to distribute to local children in need. Cash donations also will be accepted. Toy drive continues from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m Sunday in the parking lot at the Athletic Shoe Factory, 1560 Post Road E.

Winter Farmers' Market: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shop for locally grown and organic fruits and vegetables, and a variety of other items made by local vendors. Gilberties, 7 Sylvan Lane.
