Monday, Nov. 19

Historic Preservation Awards Ceremony: 7:30 p.m. Members of the Historic District Commission will present  the winners of this year's Historic Preservation Awards.

Tuesday, Nov. 20

Jobseeker Special: 7 to 9 p.m. Public speaking coach Debbie Fay, founder of Bespeak Presentation Solutions, will debunk the myths of public speaking and share what makes confident, compelling, change-making presenters and presentations. Free. Westport Library, McManus Room, 20 Jesup Road.

Wednesday, Nov. 21

Vacation Day Activities: 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.  Stop by Earthplace at 10 a.m. for story time or at 2:30 p.m. for a special activity time. Free for members; $5 to $7 for non-members. Earthplace, 10 Woodside Lane.

Thursday, Nov. 22 (Thanksgiving)

Staples Football vs. Greenwich: 10 a.m. Don't miss out as the undefeated Wreckers take on Greenwich High School during the FCIAC title game. Greenwich High School, 10 Hillside Road.

Community Thanksgiving Fest: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saugatuck Congregational Church is hosting its 42nd annual Thanksgiving Feast. Free and open to all. Christ & Holy Trinity Church, 75 Church Lane.
