WESTPORT, Conn. – Stop in at the Westport Arts Center for a farm-to-table lunch, take in a stand-up comedy show and cocktail party at the Levitt Pavilion and stroll the weekly Farmer’s Market this week in Westport. Here’s a look at some events planned through Thursday.
Monday, Aug. 6
TeenFlix: 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Catch a screening of the classic comedy “Monty Python & the Holy Grail” during the opening of night of the TeenFlix series. The movie depicts King Arthur and his knights as they embark on a low-budget search for the Grail, encountering strange obstacles along the way. The evening will open with an award-winning short film showed at the Westport Youth Film Festival. Free. Levitt Pavilion, 40 Jesup Road. Rain location is Westport Library, 20 Jesup Road.
Tuesday, Aug. 7
Pre-Show Cocktail Party: 6 p.m. The Westport Weston Chamber of Commerce is hosting a cocktail party at the Levitt Pavilion before the Treehouse Comedy performance at 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy food by Blue Lemon and refreshments by Purple Feet. Treehouse Comedy: 8 to 9:30 p.m. Laugh until it hurts at the Levitt Pavilion during the second Treehouse Comedy night. Three stand-up comedians will take the stage, including Joe Mulligan from Comedy Central, Marvin Bell as seen on MTV, VH1, BET and Showtime, and Brian Cichocki. Show is PG-13 and up. Free. Summer Café “Lunch-escapes:” 12:30 p.m. Enjoy a farm-to-table style lunch and a listen to a discussion from local food experts at the Westport Arts Center during the Lunch-escapes series. John Barricelli from Sono Baking Company will be this week’s speaker and will present cookbooks, baking and delicious samples. Bring your own lunch and listen to the discussion for free or enjoy a catered lunch for $15. Westport Arts Center, 51 Riverside Ave.
Kids Concert: 7 to 8:15 p.m. Grammy nominated Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could is bringing its family-friendly tunes to town. National Public Radio said the group "might just be the best-sounding band in children's music.” Free. Levitt Pavilion, 40 Jesup Road.

Westport Farmers Market: 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. It’s all about supporting the local economy at the Westport Farmers Market. You can find fresh produce, artisan meats and cheeses, freshly baked goods, organic foods, clothing and more. Free admission. Imperial Avenue parking lot.
Last Fair Deal Concert: 8 to 9:30 p.m. Last Fair Deal, a three-piece vocal band, has an eclectic repertoire drawing on old-time string-band, bluegrass, swing and popular music. Free. Levitt Pavilion, 40 Jesup Road.
