Friday, Feb. 22

Branches In Bloom: 5 to 6 p.m. Learn how to bring spring indoors as a Terrain horticulturalist shares the secrets of cultivating forced blooms on branches. Free and open to all. Terrain, 561 Post Road E.

Saturday, Feb. 23

Critter Encounters: 2:30 p.m. Take the kids to Earthplace to meet some of the Earthplace animals, take a trail walk to see what critters you encounter or make a craft to bring home. Included with cost of museum admission: free for members, $5 to $7 for nonmembers. Earthplace, 10 Woodside Lane.

Sunday, Feb. 24

N'Oscars Party: 1 to 3 p.m. Enjoy food, cinema trivia, prizes, free swag and more at the second annual N'Oscar's, a pre-Academy Awards party hosted by Westport Cinema Initiative. Free admission. Oscar's Deli, 159 Main St. 

Cynthia Sayer and Sparks Fly Concert: 2 p.m. The Friends of the Westport Center for Senior Activities present a free concert starring Cynthia Sayer and Sparks Fly. The group will perform a toe-tapping program of hot jazz, tango, western, roots music and more. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the show begins at 2 p.m. Complimentary refreshments will be served. Free. Westport Senior Center, 21 Imperial Ave.
