Friday, Feb. 8

"Rabbit Hole:" 8 p.m.  Westport Community Theatre presents “Rabbit Hole,” a play that charts a couple's bittersweet search for comfort in the darkest of places and for a path that will lead them back into the light of day. Saturday, Feb. 9

POSTPONED - Vegetable Garden Workshop: This workshop scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Wakeman Town Farm is being postponed to March 3 from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Registration is open online

POSTPONED - “Freezin for a Reason” Recreational Paddle & Race To Benefit Sandy Hook: This event, scheduled from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., is being postponed to March 9 at the same time.  More information online.

"Junie B. Jones:" 1 and 4 p.m. Westport Country Playhouse presents “Junie B. Jones,” starring the outspoken girl in a musical about new friends, new glasses, the annual kickball tournament and other first-grade, angst-ridden situations. Recommended for ages 6 to 11. Tickets are $18. and available by calling the box office at 203-227-4177 or online.

"The Trial of David:" 4 p.m. Don't miss the courtroom drama as King David is put on trial for his controversial relationship with Bathsheba in this enactment of the Biblical story. Free. The Conservative Synagogue, 30 Hillspoint Road.
