Instructor Dina Fay will lead the special 50-minute ride. The minimum donation is $40 per bike and can be paid at the door. Since co-founders and Westport residents Amy Hochhauser, Rhodie Lorenz and Debbie Katz founded JoyRide more than four years ago, they have witnessed how indoor cycling can transform people’s lives, whether it be improving their health, becoming stronger physically and emotionally or overcoming challenges on and off the bike.

JoyRide also has raised nearly $500,000 for charitable causes and organizations that are close to riders’ hearts.

JoyRide hosts indoor cycling fundraisers and training rides, as well as organizes teams to participate in fundraising events outside the studio. JoyRide classes are geared toward all ages, genders and fitness levels.
