WESTPORT, Conn. -- The challenge of balancing a business and family life will be addressed as Ivy Slater, owner of Slater Success Coaching, speaks to the Westport Library’s Women Entrepreneurs Group.
Her talk will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, in the Westport Library’s McManus Room.
Slater will discuss how to build effective support systems to help women in business maintain a fulfilling family life as well as a successful career. The program is free and open to the public.
Slater spent 20 years as owner and operator of a printing business in New York City. Her clients included W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, New York Magazine and Town & Country.
Slater Success Coaching began in 2008 and since then, she has helped many women business owners achieve success on their own terms.
Slater is the author of "Conquering Your Fear of Money: A Woman’s Guide to Business Success" and speaks at conferences, seminars and workshops worldwide.
