Robert Berg, 31, of Haskell was charged with possessing the drug and a hypodermic needle and released on a court summons after Officers Kevin Scarpa and Vincent Suarace took him into custody late Tuesday.

The driver, who wasn’t charged, was “driving below the posted speed limit, delaying the flow of traffic,” with a busted tail light, the BCSO’s Anthony Cureton said this afternoon.
