Saw Mill Parkway Reopens After Crash

A stretch of the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway has reopened late Tuesday morning following an accident involving an overturned vehicle.

The crash, reported at 9:45 a.m., was at Ashford Avenue (Exit 17) in Dobbs Ferry with traffic backed up to Exit 20 (I-87/New York State Thruway).
