Designer Matt Bernson is known for his refined, downtown aesthetic and transforming raw materials into everyday luxury. He launched his collection in a design studio in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood more than eight years ago with a small collection of handmade sandals. Now, Bernson offers a range of boots and shoes, including shearling boots, rugged boots and heeled booties, casual wedges, oxfords, espadrilles, and ballet flats.
Focusing on limited edition production, Bernson only makes 100 pairs per color of most styles and works with ethically minded factories based in Spain, Brazil, and China.
The sale will extend from Thursday, Feb. 4 to Sunday, Feb. 7 at 136 Main Street at Brooks Corner, next to Williams-Sonoma from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Matt Bernson’s flagship boutique is located in Tribeca, and his second boutique in Westport, which Bernson designed himself, opened in December 2016. Bernson and his wife and two sons live in Westport.
