The East Rock Brass Quintet was formed at Yale in 2013. It travels through the Northeastern U.S. to perform a range of repertoire ranging from medieval times to modern day.

Last summer, the ensemble was invited to be the Brass Quintet in Residence at the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, where members performed with current and former members of the internationally acclaimed Empire Brass Quintet, St. Louis Brass Quintet, and the New York Woodwind Quintet.
