Marist College Is Most Photographed Location In Region

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Marist College was the most-Instagrammed location in Poughkeepsie, according to a study by Kingston Creative.

The study analyzed more than 34,000 pictures geotagged within the city and town the past 12 months, and nearly 3,000 photos were of the college.

Vassar College, the Walkway Over the Hudson and the Chance Theater were the next most popular locations, the study said.

The data reveals what's popular among millennials and indicate which businesses, neighborhoods and attractions may drive the most economic and tourist activity.
