BRIDGEPORT, Conn -- Relive the experience, the terror, the rampant emotions, and the unexplainable events that took place on Lindley Street in Bridgeport 40 years ago in a special author experience at the Bridgeport Library on Saturday, Oct 4.

The Worlds Most Haunted House - The True Story of the Bridgeport Poltergeist on Lindley Street by William J. Hall tells the story of the 1974 Bridgeport poltergeist  -- jumping furniture, floating refrigerators, attacking entities and all  -- with more than 40 hours of never-before-released interviews with police officers, firefighters and others.

The author will be selling and signing his books. The event is free and takes place from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Burroughs - Saden Library at 925 Broad St. For details: click here
