Westport's Vespa Debuts Lunch Service, Dessert Menu

WESTPORT, Conn. – Vespa in Westport is kicking off August with a new culinary team and a full lineup of creative dining experiences.

The new team comprises executive chef David White and pastry chef Susanne Berne.

This duo will lead Vespa as it begins a lunch service and unveils a new dessert menu. There also will be an “Apertivo Hour” (a happy hour offering half-price beer, wine, $8 select cocktails and a small plates menu) and Vintage Vespa wine dinners this fall.

The new lunch menu will include signature favorites and lighter, healthier, seasonally inspired dishes, according to a press release.

Berne's dessert menu will include local seasonal fruits to decadent creations, according to a press release.
